Free Range Rotisserie Chicken in the Instant Pot + Minimalist Meal Prep I Hill Country Homestead Texas

The best Organic bone broth on the market right now is the one you can make in your home. Plain and simple, you can not find a version as powerful at the grocery store, ever. Sourcing through a local farmers market would be an effective measure but it’s so easy to do at home AND it can be done in the instant pot in less than half the time. The Instant pot takes days off of this process and really simplifies the whole process so anyone can achieve this. The benefits of Organic Bone Broth are grand and elaborate and it the reason your Grandmother would reach for the chicken noodle soup when illness struck.  The best organic bone broth recipe will call for at least   48 hours on the stove which uses up precious range space on the stove top and leaves the heat on for days at a time. Leave it to the instant pot to shave that down to six hours and still produce the same liquid gold that gels when cold, delivering that lucious organic collagen directly into your food source.  Real organic bone broth cant be beat in healing properties. I like to keep it minimal because I get distracted easily, so here it is!

bone broth is made with organic ingredients and 100% grass-fed and pasture-raised bones. Discover the everyday benefits

Thanks to the slow food movement, bone broth is popping back up on shelves in grocery stores and specialty stores. While this is a step in the right direction, one has to be careful, even when the label says organic. Rarely will you find a true bone broth on grocery store shelves. The bones (for poultry) must be simmered for 48 hours in a large stock pot to get the maximum level of nutrients from the broth. This isn't a process to be rushed and the big companies don't take the time to do it right. It's also important to know what vegetable content is used in the broth prior to it being strained. The Instant Pot simplifies the entire process saving days without sacrificing quality.

We slow-simmer organic chicken bones with onion, vinegar and rosemary for a savory bone broth full of naturally occurring protein. Bone broth is a delicious

The final benefit of bone broth is when the bones have simmered that long, the remains are soft enough to use as dog treats. Literally, nothing wasted. I love it. Everything about it. The dogs love it too!
